Cash on delivery

If you wish to pay Cash on delivery, the payment must be made in full in cash when you receive your order. If the order is shipped by a courier, then the payment must be made to the agent delivering your products.

Online payment - NETOPIA Payments

You can pay online with your personal or your company's card, in absolute safety. Online payments by card are a safe method, because your card's information will not be stored by the payments processor, as they are secured and encrypted.

In order to make the payment, you will need to enter your card number, the expiration date and the CVV2/CVC2 code (last three digits printed on the strip located on the back of your card, which also contains your signature).

The currency used for processing your payment is RON; for other accepted currencies, please contact us.

Online payment - LibraPay

In order to make a payment through LibraPay, the currency of you account used for the payment must be RON. LibraPay does not accept other currencies except RON.

Online credit - TBI Credit

Together with tbi bank, we have implemented on our website the 100% online credit system, which allows you to buy what you want, in installments.

Here is the application process for this program:
  • Select the product you want and add it to the Shopping Cart
  • The payment method you will choose will be TBI Pay - instant credit, 100% online
  • You complete the order and wait to be redirected to the TBI Pay platform
  • Answer the questions on their form
  • You will receive an email with a link to online identification (in this step you will need the ID card to prove your identity)
  • Both you and we receive the answer to your financing request, via e-mail, and the product goes to you.
